Situated in the pedestrian square beside the civic Clock Tower, it offers fantastic views over Piazza Maggiore and Bologna’s most famous monuments. Historical building from the XIX Century, it has been recently restored and equipped with all modern comforts. It is now an excellent three star superior de luxe, ideal for those who love shopping and strolling around in the city centre.

Offering a free internet point and free bike rental, Hotel Orologio is set in a traffic-free area overlooking Piazza Maggiore square and Bologna's historic centre. The Towers of Bologna are 5 minutes' walk away.

All rooms are elegantly decorated with dark-wood furniture and marble bathrooms. They are air conditioned and come with a minibar and flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Most have a view of Bologna.

The Orologio Hotel has a family-run feel to it and staff provide excellent service and useful tourist information.

The hotel is in front of the town hall's clock tower and has excellent bus links to Bologna Central Station.
