The Hostess City of the South is home to many historic inns and hotels, but few can compare to the elegance and charm of The Marshall House, Savannah's oldest hotel. The Marshall House has been named one of the "Best of Savannah" hotels several times, and is consistently among the top ranked hotels on TripAdvisor. Step into the past with original features including authentic nineteenth-century doors, windows, railings, moldings, and high ceilings.

As the city’s oldest hotel, The Marshall House certainly has a lot of unique history. And while we take pride in our authentic and original features — including 19th century doors and a reconstructed wrought iron balcony — our downtown Savannah hotel also features many modern amenities, such as free Wi-Fi and wall-mounted, flat-screen TVs.

Located in the heart of Savannah's Historic District and built in 1851, this Georgia boutique hotel offers an on-site restaurant and free WiFi. The Savannah College of Art Design is 12 minutes' walk away.

The 45 Bistro Restaurant serves a varied menu for dinner in an elegant atmosphere. Before dinner in the restaurant, guests can have a cocktail in the lounge.

Guests can enjoy a nightly wine reception in the library. A 24-hour business centre is available for added convenience.

A flat-screen cable TV and a small refrigerator are included in all rooms at The Marshall House. Guest rooms also feature a decorative fireplace and a private bath with a pedestal sink.

Performing arts and classic cinema are 2 minutes' walk away at Lucas Theater for the Arts. Savannah’s famous Riverstreet and the John P. Rousakis Riverfront Plaza offer restaurants and shopping a 7 minute walk from the property
