Under the guidance of Laurent Wozniak, Executive Chef at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, Le Bistrot du Rhône is a pop-up restaurant, offering French bistrot cuisine within a modern setting overlooking the Rhône River from its veranda. SACHI’s innovative design features stylish table seating for guests to share exquisite combinations of modern Japanese signature dishes by Chef Mitsu, trained by the master Nobu Matsuhisa. SACHI also features a Martini Bar and an intimate ten-seat Omakase Bar, where guests can enjoy a live six, eight or ten-course dining experience. The newly renovated MO Bar offers a selection of signature cocktails and mocktails, made with herbal infusions and teas from India and Asia, inspired by the Silk Road.
