Back in the 1920s, it was a popular rest home before being transformed into a guest house in the 1950s.

In 2011, it was reopened as a four-star private hotel after undergoing extensive refurbishment. It invites its guests into an ambience characterised by a successfull combination of the modern and the traditional. Great value has been attached to high-quality materials and beautiful design.
