The extraordinary scenery of the Italian Riviera make staying at ***S Hotel Villa Edera & la Torretta in Moneglia a great experience. The hotel, halfway between Portofino and Cinque Terre, is located in an inviting 20th century residence surrounded by the greenery of a splendid 2000m2 of Mediterranean garden, just 250 metres from the beach. Although it has no sea view, it is sheltered by the lush green hills of Liguria which, in addition to their tranquil views, also provide a starting point for stunning walks or bike rides through the natural world. The town is just a short, picturesque walk away, and a private lift also links the hotel with the railway station (150 m). By prior arrangement the hotel organised cooking classes (Wednesday), escorted tours, pesto demonstration, extra virgin olive oil as well as wine tastings. Reception time 7:30am to 10pm, its staff speaks fluently Italian, English, German & French! No check-in after 10pm.

Set a 5-minute walk from the sandy beaches of Moneglia, Hotel Villa Edera & La Torretta boasts a an outdoor pool and a private garden with a seating area. Guests can also enjoy free WiFi, a restaurant and a bar.
