Our hotel has been built and decorated playing attention to the use of natural materials. Its location is very special because of the awesome view of the archaeological ruins. We're one block near the Town Square and three blocks from the ruins.
We have eight rooms, and three of them got a direct view to the Sanctuary of Ollantaytambo, and one of them to the Apu Tunupa. All of the rooms got private bathroom and hot water 24 hours. There's free WIFI on all the hotel.
Each morning you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in our dinning room with organic products while you are watching the ruins. Our bio-farm located 1.5 km far provide us milk, honey and several kinds of organic fruits that we use to prepare our jams and some of our juices, which include peach, apple, sauco, aguaymanto, sachatomates, papayas from Arequipa and frutillas.

SAUCE Andes Hotel Boutique offers family-run comfort and local Peruvian hospitality and design in downtown Ollantaitambo, a village 90-minutes drive from Cusco Airport. It features its own farm with organic homegrown produce.
