Our mission was to create a small boutique hotel that catered for business travelers and weekend getaways. The existing building was a 1860's limestone cottage that was renovated to become the reception and manages house.
The newly built grounds and guest room where completed in November 2014 as an extension to the existing cottage.
The guests rooms have been designed to create a luxury up-market style hotel room and decorated to modern contemporary feel.
The hotel is also very eco friendly without diminishing guest comfort, we run a 10kw solar system, all LED lighting, sun sensitive outdoor lighting, energy efficient air-cons, low water pressure and water wise gardens.
Guest communication and self check-in options set our hotel apart, guest can check in either at reception or directly at your room.
In all we have created a hotel that is modern, lux, comfortable and user friendly while respecting it heritage and the environment.

Fremantle Boutique Accommodation - Maand Up boasts free WiFi, a mosaic floor infinity pool and a lovely courtyard. The contemporary rooms offer an easy self check-in, king-sized beds and grand en suite bathrooms.

30 Arundel is 300 metres from Fremantle Markets and 600 metres from the University of Notre Dame Australia. Little Creatures Brewery is a 7-minute walk away and Fremantle Prison is just a 10-minute walk. Subiaco Oval, Crown Casino and Perth Airport are within 30 minutes' drive.

Each room is complete with a LED TV and a sofa. Other inclusions to expect are a refrigerator and tea/coffee refreshed daily. Rooms are serviced daily.
