The property was designed by the well known architect Mr C Anjalendran, a protege of the world famous Geoffrey Bawa of Sri Lanka. He has created a space for total relaxation along the beautiful southern coastline of Mirissa, Sri Lanka.
The Villa is furnished with genuine antique furniture and art selected by the architect to create an inviting space.
All of the five rooms are large and offer spectacular views of the Indian Ocean. The spacious common areas of the Villa offer many options for quiet contemplation, the practice of yoga or simply to read a book.
The service area is separated from the main house which offers privacy to the guests.
The front garden leads onto the beach with a coral reef and rock pools containing many species of marine life.
The sea is not safe for swimming but there is a large pool overlooking the sea.

Featuring impressive ocean views and an outdoor swimming pool, Villa Atulya at Ocean's edge is set at the seafront in South Mirissa. The building is an exclusive villa and features colourful rooms with antique furnishings and free Wi-Fi.
