Every room of Demetra Art Hotel is unique – this is a due to the policy of maximum respect and caring of the hotels’ historical building. The building itself is a masterpiece of northern modern style – it is the restored monument of architecture and is on the list of cultural heritage of the Russian Federation. All 57 rooms, designed by Italian architectural studio Rossi Cattaneo have different lay-out, even very non-standard.
Maximum attention was paid to the integrity of the concept proposed by Rossi Cattaneo studio, but, of course, we have added something of our own. Small details which complete the look of the hotel have become reproductions of paintings by contemporary artists, the originals of which are presented in the Museum of Modern Art "Erarta". All hotel rooms, lobby and main stair case are decorated with reproductions of paintings by contemporary artists, the originals of which are presented in the Museum of Modern Art Erarta.

This design hotel is located in the centre of St. Petersburg, 150 metres from Chernishevskaya Metro Station. Demetra Art Hotel offers free Wi-Fi.

The individual interiors at the Demetra Art Hotel were designed in Italy, and all feature a theme representing a different period in the history of St. Petersburg. All rooms include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and are soundproofed.
