After several months of embellishment work, this listed 18th century building was completely renovated in 2021 to offer you a new Luxury offer in a preserved but redesigned setting, combining services and comfort, with 21st century technology. Most of the rooms have a bathroom with a shower. All bathrooms come with a hairdryer and bathrobes. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property.

Built on the foundations of the former medieval monastery of the Minimes Monks, this hotel establishment with 13 unique rooms and 2 suites are spread over 2 buildings (Le Manoir and L'Annexe called Le Pavillon des Roses, located 40 meters in front of the Manor), now offers a new atypical catering "LES MINIMES GOURMETS" in the form of a “Grocery-Bistro” allowing you to eat on site in complete security, either in the bedroom, in the dining room or on the sunny terrace overlooking the Château Royal d'Amboise.
