The Rosemount built in 1848 as a Tuscan Style Villa, remained a private residence until 1990. After weeks of painting, adding private bathrooms and decorating the Rosemount B&B Inn opened it's doors to guests. Plastered, ornate vaulted ceilings, beautiful fireplaces, grand staircase & leaded windows are all original. Guest can enjoy the elegance of a by gone era and still enjoy todays amenities. Private baths, WifFi, great breakfast and Afternoon Tea and Home baked cakes and cookies are just a few of the reasons guests have been returning year after year. The best guests in the world come to The Rosemount and many friendships are made too. The Gardens with Muskoka Chairs and the big front Verandah are perfect places to relax before walking to your choice of the many great restaurants and shops just three blocks from the Inn. The Petit SPA at The Rosemount Inn caters to guests with Relaxation Massage, Body Wraps and Facials. After your Spa time you can curl up in your room or find a shady spot in the garden with the award winning, restoration of the original Cast Iron Fence, framing the gardens.
