In an ancient Franciscan Convent, 14 km away from Palma and 17 km from the airport, is ‘Asis de Marratxinet’. We offer 14 individual rooms(old cells) with shared bathrooms, perfect for solo travellers, quiet and respectful customers. Individual rooms have no access to pool. We recomend to have a transportation, biclycle, car, scooter.Two scooters 125 to rent.
We have a lounge with fire place for relax and disconnection time. We also offer TV, free Wifi, and a Honesty Bar

We are near Sierra de Tramuntana where you will find lots of beautiful mountain routes. We maintain the austerity of the religious order, but we have modernized facilities.

Next to the convent, in a tipical Mallorcan house, we offer three comfortable double rooms with private bathroom and a triple room with private bathroom. It is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with a pool. Very quiet.
Asis de Marratxinet offers a continental breakfast, no Buffet. In the evenings a delicious Mallocan homemade dinner is offered with authentic products from the Island.

Formerly a Franciscan Convent, Asis de Marratxinet is a beautifully renovated stone-walled property surrounded by nature with 2 pools and a solarium. Set in a tranquil area, the property is a 15-minute drive from Palma de Majorca.

Asis de Marratxinet has two buildings connected through a lush Mediterranean garden, the convent main building and a traditional Majorcan house. Rooms include a TV, heating, and air conditioning. The private bathroom comes with free toiletries, shower, and hairdryer.

We are near the Sierra de Tramuntana, ideal for healthy walks and cycling.

Palma de Mallorca Airport is 18 km away. The nearest train station is Es Caülls, located 2 km away.
