The Hyatt House Charleston/Historic District opened at the end of September in 2015 and is the only hotel offering upscale residential-style guest rooms. Our suites offer full kitchens and are great for extended stay guests and families visiting Charleston. The hotel shares an address with the newly opened Hyatt Place Charleston/Historic District - offering guests two distinct brands at one location!

Offering an indoor pool, free WiFi, and a buffet breakfast, Hyatt House Charleston is located in the Upper King Historic District of Charleston. Within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel, guests will find The Joseph Manigault House, The Charleston Museum, and The Aiken-Rhett House.
