On approaching the hotel after parking our car my grandson...
On approaching the hotel after parking our car my grandson exclaimed that it looked just like a castle ! And he was right. The reception area was very spacious - long marbled floor hallway with elegant sitting areas and play areas for the children (games and books) with the dining restaurant and breakfast room situated off the hallway; very light and spacious. Ermelo itself was a short drive away with plentiful places to eat outdoors, many people taking advantage of this being a Saturday night. Lots of people on their bikes, hardly any cars most being left in the parking areas. We are looking forward to returning in December.

We appreciated a lot the privacy, you have your own garden and private terrace to have breakfast , lunch and dinner outside. You can walk two minutes and you are already in the forest! The cherry on the cake, a sauna in the garden! The check in and check out process were very easy and the communication with the owner was super smooth!
