It’a a small little port town, the little village of Trellenborg is nice, you can’t go over to the sea, the area is all fenced off with cargo contrainers/ferries/shipping equipment. People are welcoming

Small and cute town.
Small and cute town. Not much to see but was still a worth to walk around on a sunny afternoon. Quaint houses all around the center and a touching memorial exhibition for Kim Wall, the murdered journalist, at the market square.

Very beautiful interior with lots of space. The farm has a patio/inner garden where you can relax, there is also a kind of “living room” with comfortable sofa’s etc. The host (Polish origin) is absolutely awesome, super friendly. We left very early on our way back to Belgium and she prepared a “take-away breakfast” for us, also she speaks sufficiently English which you surely can’t say of all hotel/B&B owners in Sweden!

An envelope with the room key was placed in a locked box that we opened with a code that's sent by email. Easy and fast! The location by the sea is fantastic, even though we couldn't take advantage of it as we stayed just the one night. The room was spacious with a blend of modern Scandinavian and antique furniture. The bathroom was spotless.

Clean, comfy, lovely decorated, functional and a very kind and caring staff. Trelleborg as such is a bore. But either you go to Germany or to Sweden -that's what Trelleborg and the ferries are for. Palm Tree is the spot on breather in between travel. The hotel is not new but very well re-done by its new owners. Good restaurant and good breakfast too. No worries: Palm Tree.

It is in the center of Trelleborg and they serve a very nice breakfast with great tasting bread. The rooms are clean and tidy and our room had one double bed and two singles which was perfect for us and a bit of a surprise actually since we assumed our youngest would have to sleep in our bed. Good shower rooms. Perfect for anyone traveling with the ferries next day.
