Great to have a cycling base in Banyoles, as there's a lot of amazing routes and climbs around (Rocacorba, going off to the coast and see Pals/Begur, or going to France and back climbing the beautiful Sant Pere de Rodes).

I only stayed a few hours but it looks a nice place where enjoying a trip in the open air and to practice sport: there a lake in which it is possible to practice water sports and it looks like a village in which cyclists are really welcome.

Banyoles has been growing over the years, becoming a very touristic place. The lake and its sorroundings are full during the weekend, mostly with families and international visitors. Food in this area is just perfect. The area offers plenty of possible short-trips specially if you are interested on history and volcanoes!Pau DxSpain

Very comfortable mattress. We enjoyed sitting in the comfortable living room and reading in the evening, and stepping outside to the private terrace to see the night sky. Very helpful and friendly host. Very nice breakfast made to our dietary requirements.
