Moved to Acapulco in 1999. Over the years it has grown and some things, such as security, are worse, Many attractions are now shuttered. With the damage from Hurricane Otis, many yours businesses may not recover. Expect that by summer of 2024 most tourism business and services will be available, so PLEASE VISIT ACAPULCO!

I expected a bit more from this allegedly iconic place.
I expected a bit more from this allegedly iconic place. Having been to Monaco, Cote d'Azur, Marbella etc., this one looks a bit shabby in comparison. Hardly anything to see beyond beaches, restaurants, sea trips etc. But overall a nice place for holidays with kids - great weather, lovely beach, warm waters.

Despite the hype created by media for safety concerns it is very much safe in Acapulco only need to avoid Bad Neighborhoods to see Acapulco securely, stick to the tourist districts and avoid venturing too far off the beaten path, particularly at night or while you’re alone – this will keep you away from potential dangers.
Despite this, Acapulco has a plethora of fascinating sites worth seeing. At La Quebrada, you may witness the cliff divers, known as clavadistas, perform. Cliff diving demonstrations by these courageous young sportsmen are always a sight to see. A quiet stroll along Acapulco’s stunning beaches for a more peaceful experience. Sinfonia del Mar is also great for watching the sunset. I strongly recommend if you’re traveling alone, staying away from parts of Acapulco where tourists are less frequent is imperative. There is a general trend toward a greater incidence of both minor and severe crimes in residential sections of the city. Additionally, it’s not a good idea to go to other parts of Guerrero since the overall crime rate in the state is far greater than that of Acapulco. Refrain from using illegal taxis anywhere in the surrounding region. Instead, use trustworthy transportation providers suggested by the employees at your resort or a law enforcement official.

Everything perfect. Great price.
Beautiful view of the Acapulco coast Privileged location.
Owners very friendly, discreet but very open to suggestions and attention to guests.
All the common areas are very well maintained. Kitchen/patio/swimming pool/ jacuzzi/ ramik/ garden.
Everything perfect. European style.
Exceptional bathrooms.
It's a 5 stars hostel. Better than a lot of hotels in Acapulco.
Shared rooms and suites of all sizes to comfortably accommodate single guests or large families.
I recommend it 100%.
The property owner, Victor, was an absolute joy to work with. He was very hospitable and accommodating. There are limited places to stay after the hurricane, but I am so glad I found Hotel CVC. I needed to be in Playa Bonfil for an event and I did not want to take taxis back and forth from Acapulco city. This hotel was perfect. I will definetly be staying here next year!
the pyramid building and all of its rooms are not new but the rooms are clean. bed are comfortable ans staff are kind and helpful. the pools are super clean and the beach is just out of the hotel. the breakfast is so nice. you can have smoked salmon as well as all Mexican traditional dishes for breakfast (chilaquiles, quesadillas, huevos , divorciados, ...)
Wifi internet all around the hotel zone the same.
Restaurant price is the same as other restaurants around. The portions are big. Spaghetti are very delicious, meat, all!!
Stuff is very helpful.

Definitely, for this price hard to find.

I loved the hospitality and the excellent service they proved. They were there at all times to help you with what you needed. I love the way the staff was always willing to help with the best attitude of ever! I totally recommended this hotel it have great service , secured , and excellent food!
The apartment is very comfortable. Karen, the owner, solved all our questions and gave us great advice about Acapulco.
Miss Cecy was very helpful and has everything very clean.
We recommend having breakfast in the restaurant in the complex's palapa. A great +++ the places at the beach.
Few steps from the proper beach, beautiful view. Door man Martin who helped us with dinners, best coffee and shopping spots nearby. Thanks to him our stay was memorable. Other than that hotel has always taxis available and is just huge as the rooms are.
Location of the hotel is great. At the beach and with a lot of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Awesome for going for a run at the morning or for a nice walk in the evening. Pools for the kids are also a really nice plus. Staff really nice.
Beautiful old-fashioned hotel with beautiful interiors and perfect ocean coast views, located in Acapulco Diamante, far from traffic and noise. Rooms are big and bright. Beds are comfy. There's a good Italian restaurant in hotel's area.
After the suffering of the 1st day, things went better.
The bus to the beach was great you just need to wait it and can go to Princess Hotel beach. Connection to other hotels of Mundo Imperial is an advantage.
Still the number one in Acapulco... incredible the ocean filled pools and the view from the villas-amazing!!! We love this hotel and they are keeping their excellent service over the years!!!
The location on the beach with view of ocean from the balcony was absolutely amazing!! Overall the staff was friendly and attended to our requests promptly. The food was also very good.
The hotel is very quirky with lots of individual decor and this extends to the rooms. There is a roof terrace from which you can see the sea, which is a short walk from the hotel.
The private beach and the view of the rooms were the nicest of all. The pools were clean and we were always served by the hotels staff. The restaurant food is ok.
